Terms & Conditions

1. Price listed for hire, ( $2.80 price including set up and remove), are for 24 hour hire only within the Melbourne Metropolitan Area. For customers outside metro area the price will increase depending on how far we will need to travel.

2. We have no minimum spend for DIY but a minimum $150 spend for functions that we set-up outside a 10km area from Lynbrook.

3. To secure a booking we require a $100 deposit. We understand that there are times you may need to cancel your event, so if you cancel 4 weeks before your event we will refund 50% of your deposit. However, if you cancel within 4 weeks of your event, unfortunately your deposit amount is non-refundable. Also note that by paying a deposit you are not only booking the date but also the price, as prices are subject to change.

4. Full Payment can be paid to us via bank transfer, cash or credit/debit card (2% surcharge applies) on the day of setup. It is required to be paid once the setup is completed.

5. We are located in Lynbrook and offer pick up or delivery options. For DIY jobs we are happy to deliver all items to anywhere you desire. Delivery costs are variable depending on the delivery address.

6. For DIY customers the hire period is 2 days. Eg. If you pick up on Friday 9am you must return the items or allow us to pick up the items latest 9am Sunday.

7. All orders are checked by Sapphire Creations staff prior to handing it over to you. It is your responsibility to check the goods upon delivery and if there are any issues call Sapphire Creations straight away . Any complaints made after delivery will not be considered.

8. It is the hirer's full responsibility that all items are packed/returned in the way they were initially delivered.

9. We understand that food and drink spills can happen and cannot be avoided. We do not charge fees for these instances.

10. The hirer is required to accept full responsibility for the use and care of all items. Once all items are delivered or not in the care of Sapphire Creations any damages or losses are to be paid in full cost price by the hirer. We hold a minimum $100 refundable security bond from all DIY customers. Below is a list of the costs that will be charged.
